Who benefits from Lions training?

Individual Lions, Lions clubs, the association, and even the community, all benefit from training.

Individual Lions benefit from training
1 Through training, individual Lions can grow personally and professionally, expand their knowledge and skill base, and develop leadership and organizational skills.
2 Training provides an avenue for individual Lions to network with other Lions and learn from each other. Lions are innovative, resourceful and determined people who have knowledge to share, when given the opportunity.
3 Lions build better communities, but training builds better Lions.

Lions Clubs benefit from training
1 Lions Clubs reap the benefits of training as well. Lions who have access to training learn valuable skills that heighten motivation and strengthen their commitment to service.
2 Training unites Lions clubs and results in stronger fellowship.
3 Training brings to the forefront alternative ways for clubs to tackle age-old problems.
4 Training gets Lions clubs thinking about how they can reach farther and serve better. And as clubs grow and change due to effective training, so do communities.
5 Lions club that is trained and able to help the community knows no bounds.

LCI benefits from training
1 Training prepares the association (Lions Clubs International) to anticipate and meet the needs of the future.
2 Training results in Lions Clubs being able to do more for communities.
3 Training cultivates leaders, and leaders cultivate other leaders. With more leaders, Lions can touch more lives.
